Weekly Play

  • "Pickleball 101" returns on Tuesday's beginning September 13, 2016 and will continue through December 20, 2016.  This instructional program is led by BRC Member Rick Darling and meets weekly from 10:00am to 12:00pm.  This is a free program for BRC Members and only $3 for Non-Members!
  • Come see what everyone is talking about on Thursday nights!  All three courts are reserved for Open Play (7:00 - 9:00pm).  This is a free program for BRC Members, and only $3 for Non-Members!
  • Three courts are available for Open Play** on Saturday mornings (8:00am - 10:00am).  Regular day pass rates for Non-Members apply for Saturday play.  **Open Play on Saturday morning will resume on Saturday, November 26th!**
  • We now offer reservations for Pickleball on our center court Monday-Friday from 1-4pm during the school year (due to the volume of our summer programming we are unable to offer reservations during the summer months).  Reservations can only be made by BRC Members.  Contact the Front Desk if you'd like to reserve a court!

4th Annual "Spring Fling" Charity Tourney: April 7 and 8, 2017

We are entering into our 4th Annual "Spring Fling" Pickleball Tournament!  We are once again excited to offer this non-sanctioned Pickleball Tournament to benefit Youth Villages.  In the previous 3 years of this event, we have donated close to $8,000 from the hard work of an army of volunteers, entry fees, donations from area businesses and the sale of raffle tickets. 

Youth Villages was formed in 1986 with the merger of two residential campuses in Memphis and has since grown to a national organization serving more than 22,000 children and families every year.  In West Tennessee, Youth Villages offers a full range of programs serving emotionally and behaviorally troubled young people - Intensive In-Home Services, Residential Treatment, Foster Care and Adoption, Mentoring, Transitional Living and Specialized Crisis Services.

Registration will be open February 1 - March 31, 2017.  Minimum age requirement is 18.  All entries must be received by 6:00pm on March 31.  Register early as entries are limited to the first 120 received. 

Events: Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, Mixed Doubles

Fee*: $30 for first event; $15 for each additional event.
(*Lunch provided on Saturday.  Raffle tickets will be available for purchase for a chance to win awesome prizes!  Tickets can be purchased at the check-in table; winning numbers will be drawn on Saturday, April 8th at 1:00pm)

IFP/USAPA rules will apply.  Play format will be determined based on the number of tournament entries.  Participants are guaranteed multiple games and/or matches.  A minimum of 10 teams is required.
