Strength Training Overview

The free weight area consists of multiple benches, a power rack and several thousand pounds of Iron Grip® weight plates and dumbbells.

The Life Fitness® and Hammer Strength® areas offer the finest state-of-the-art strength training equipment available.

Weight training, cardiovascular work out programs and Personal Training tailored for your specific needs are available for additional fees.  A variety of fee-based small group classes are periodically offered for both members and non-members (Small Group Training and Fire Workout).

Cardiovascular Training Overview

  • The Cardio area is well-equipped with the latest in treadmills, bikes, elliptical trainers, and two new StairMaster®
    step-mills in addition to the latest spin bike technology.
  • Our new flat-panel TV/sound system provides the best possible sound through your personal FM radio.
  • Surrounding the gymnasium is a two-lane 1/12-mile indoor track for walking or jogging.
