The City of Bartlett offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees which includes medical, dental and life insurance. The premium cost is shared between the city and the employee.

All full-time employees are enrolled in the City of Bartlett Retirement System which is a defined benefits retirement plan. The employees contribution is 4% of their base salary. The city currently contributes 14% of base salary to fund benefits.
