A "special call" meeting may be held on any day, upon 24 hours notice posted at City Hall.

How to Volunteer
Please send a letter to Mayor A. Keith McDonald stating which board or commission you are interested in. In the letter please give us a little information about your background, interests, and qualifications. Please include all contact information (home address, home phone, work phone, fax number, cell phone, and an e-mail address if you have one).
Mail your letter to Mayor A. Keith McDonald, City of Bartlett, 6400 Stage Rd., Bartlett, TN 38134 or e-mail at . You will be placed on the waiting list for that board; and when an opening occurs, Mayor McDonald will make a recommendation to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, who will then vote on the appointment.
