Recreational Class Studio Policies

-All tuition for Recreational Classes is due the 1st of the month and should be made payable to Singleton Community Center. If your payment is received after the 10th of the month, you will be charged a $5.00 late fee.

-Students that are not dressed appropriately for class will be asked to change, or to sit and observe for the day.

-Absences are acceptable, but a reminder that it’s courteous to inform either office staff or your child’s teacher directly should they not be present that day.

-Socks are not dance shoes, and neither are satin house slippers!

-No food or drinks other than water inside the studio rooms, unless otherwise advised due to medical conditions.

-If your child uses an inhaler or epi pen, it must be with them in their dance bag at all times.

-If your child has a recent injury, sports-related or otherwise, please let their teacher know.

-Any other health issues that require exceptions to studio policies should be discussed with your child’s teacher. The health and safety of our dancers is our top priority!

-If your child wishes to participate in the Spring Recital, they MUST have the required costume for their class level.

-Dance staff is responsible for placing costume orders, but parents are responsible for making sure that their child has all the accompanying shoes, tights, undergarments, and in certain cases, hair pieces.

-No excessive talking in class!

-Good behavior is not only expected, but required.

-Excessive reckless behavior/breaking studio policy may result in your child being dismissed.

-All students must be potty-trained.

-Competition team is by invitation or audition only. Please contact Ms. Rose if you are interested in scheduling your child for an evaluation!

-If inclement weather causes cancellations, tuition will not be adjusted nor will classes be made up. Esprit de Corps Dance Company follows the Bartlett City Schools inclement weather policy. If Bartlett Schools are closed due to inclement weather then classes are cancelled for that day.
