Strength Training Overview
The free weight area consists of multiple benches, a power rack and several thousand pounds of Iron Grip® weight plates and dumbbells.
Life Fitness® and Hammer Strength® equipment provides our Members and Guests with the finest state-of-the-art strength training equipment available.
Personal Training Overview
Weight training, cardiovascular work out programs and Personal Training tailored for your specific needs are available for additional fees. A variety of fee-based small group classes are also periodically offered for both BRC Members and Non-Members (Small Group Training and Fire Workout).
Cardiovascular Training Overview
- The Cardio area is well-equipped with the latest in treadmills, bikes, elliptical trainers, two StairMaster®
step-mills, Cybex® Arc Trainers and a new Concept2 Model E
rower in addition to the latest spin bike technology. - Our flat-panel TV/sound system provides the best possible sound through your personal FM radio.
- Surrounding the gymnasium on the second level is a two-lane 1/12-mile indoor track for walking or jogging.
