The Fire Workout - Are your current workouts missing something and you need an additional challenge? Join the Fire Workout! Since 2014, this class has been taking it up a notch. Presented by Rhynia Henry, former collegiate athlete (Rhodes College, Memphis TN). This program is the perfect supplemental workout for those looking to improve overall strength, flexibility, balance, core strength, coordination, and endurance. Classes are Tuesday and Thursday at 8:15am, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at 3:45pm, and Saturday mornings at 9:30am. (Summer program times may differ). Minimum age is 12yo.
Pick up Basketball - Do you have game? Need exercise? Join us on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays for Open Play Full-Court basketball (PDF).
BRC Pot Luck - A chance to gather around a meal and fellowship with other members of the BRC. Our next Potluck will be announced as soon as possible. The BRC is providing the entree and the drinks. Members are asked to bring their favorite appetizer, side or dessert to share!
Breakfast Bunch - Want to join others from the BRC for a dutch-treat breakfast? Come join us at 9:00 am on the 3rd Tuesday of the month for our regular gatherings.
