UPDATE on the new signal at Bartlett Blvd & Ivanhoe. The signal now has power. The Controller with timings should be returned next week. The signal will begin flashing when the controller is installed. There will be the minimum 7 day flash period before putting the signal full operation by September 29th. Keep in mind this is the weekend of the City of Bartlett Festival, BBQ Contest & Car Show so officers will be helping with the traffic flow on Friday evening, Sept. 29 & Saturday, Sept. 30.
