Inclement Weather Policy – If Shelby County Schools (SCS) close prior to the 5:00am opening, and there is no message of City of Bartlett offices being closed, the BRC will open at 8:00am. If SCS close after opening, normal operating hours will be in place until further notice. Please call the BRC with any questions.
