REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS ARPA
GRANT MANAGEMENT/ADMINISTRATION SERVICE
The City of Bartlett will be accepting statements of qualifications from qualified firms for the following:
GRANT MANAGEMENT/ADMINSTRATION SERVICES in connection with the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation Infrastructure Investment Plan and Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds.

Respondents requesting additional information are to contact John Horne, P.E. at (901) 385-6499 or email . The deadline for submitting questions will be 12:00 p.m., Friday May 20, 2022 (CST). These guidelines for communication have been established to ensure a fair and equitable process for all respondents.
Proposals must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. local time on May 26, 2022. Proposals received after 4:00 p.m. on May 26, 2022, will not be considered.
