Overview
The City developed (beginning in 1986) and sold all of the land in its own industrial park, and substantial privately-developed industrial areas have been constructed in the same and other areas.
Principal Industrial Areas
Our principal industrial areas lie to the north of Stage Road, at or north of intersections of Stage Road with Brother Boulevard, Appling Road (PDF), Kate Bond Road (PDF), and New Brunswick Road (PDF).
Bartlett Innovation Park
The newly annexed 284 acre site is conveniently situated on the corner of Bolen Huse Road and and Highway 204 with easy access to Austin Peay Highway and Highway 385. Click here for more information about Bartlett Innovation Park.
Bartlett Station
A smaller area is in Bartlett Station, on the north side of Ferguson Road.
