New Meeting Room and Study Room Policies:

Effective January 1st there will be new Meeting Room and Study Room Policies 

 Meeting Room Policy: 

• Organization that are non-profit must have proof to reserve the room for free
• If organization is not a non-profit, there will be a $75 fee
• Social groups may reserve for free if meeting organizer holds a library card in good standing
• No food or drink is allowed, unless it is for a personal issue and there is a tight lid/enclosure to prevent spills
• All times begin no earlier than 30 minutes after the library opens and end 30 minutes before the library closes

 Study Room Policy: 

• Organization must be a non-profit or individual/social groups need to have a Bartlett library card in good standing
• No food or drink is allowed, unless it is for a personal issue and there is a tight lid/enclosure to prevent spills 
• All times begin no earlier than 30 minutes after the library opens and end 30 minutes before the library closes
• Individuals reserving the room can only do so one time each week
• Must be reserved at least one day before use
