How do I report a maintenance concern at one of the Parks?

You have a couple of options available:

  1. You can call the Parks and Recreation Administrative Office at (901) 385-5590 for all concerns or questions regarding parks, including the maintenance. One of the most commonly reported issues that we receive is regarding the lights that illuminate many of our walking paths. The maintenance of these lights are handled through MLGW and can either be reported to our office or directly through the MLGW portal: https://www.mlgw.com/commercial/lol Please make sure to have the pole number(s) of the light(s) that are not functioning when calling the office or reporting directly to MLGW.
  2. You can report the issue online through the Citizen Engagment portal. Simply follow the instructions on the site to open a ticket, select the appropriate category from the dropdown menu, fill in any pertinent details, upload any pictures of the issue, and then click the "Submit" button: https://bartletttncitizenengagement.portal.iworq.net/portalhome/bartletttncitizenengagement
