When and where do the Board of Mayor and Aldermen meet?: The Bartlett Board of Mayor & Aldermen meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at Bartlett City Hall, 6400 Stage Road at 6:00 pm. Board agendas are posted on the bulletin board outside of City Hall and also on the web page at www.cityofbartlett.org no more than three days before the meeting.

2. Which Alderman represents my district?: All Bartlett Aldermen serve at large. They all represent all of Bartlett.

3. When and where do the Board of Mayor and Aldermen meet?: The Bartlett Board of Mayor & Aldermen meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at Bartlett City Hall, 6400 Stage Road at 6:00 pm. 4. How do I get an item placed on the agenda for the Board of Mayor and Aldermen?: Citizens may speak on any topic for up to three minutes during Open Discussion at the end of every Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting.

5. How do I volunteer to serve on a city-appointed board or commission?: To volunteer, you must be a resident of Bartlett. Please send a letter to Mayor Parsons stating the board or commission you are interested in, a little bit about yourself and your background/qualifications, and list all contact information (home address, home phone, work phone, fax number, cell phone, e-mail address). The letter can be mailed to Mayor David Parsons, 6400 Stage Rd., Bartlett, TN 38134 or e-mailed to him at dparsons@cityofbartlett.org
