Fletcher Creek Greenway

FLETCHER_CREEK_PHASES

The Fletcher Creek Greenway is a Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) grant project being constructed with 80% federal funds and 20% local match. 

Phase 1 is 9/10-mile in length and was completed and officially opened April 21, 2017. A small parking lot is located on the corner of Santa Cruz and Highway 64 and the paved pathway connects to Yale Road at Brother Boulevard. 

Phase 2 was completed in late-February 2021 and was dedicated with a ribbon cutting on March 24, 2021. There is a small parking lot accessible from Brother Boulevard and it is adjacent to the trailhead. Phase 2 connects to Madison Arthur Byrd Park at Summerdale Drive.

A timeline has not yet been established for Phases 3 and 4.
