How to Volunteer

Please send a letter to Mayor David Parsons stating which board or commission you are interested in. In the letter please give us a little information about your background, interests, and qualifications. Please include all contact information (home address, home phone, work phone, fax number, cell phone, and an e-mail address if you have one).

Mail your letter to Mayor David Parsons, City of Bartlett, 6400 Stage Road, Bartlett, TN 38134 or email Mayor David Parsons. You will be placed on the waiting list for that board. When an opening occurs, Mayor Parsons will make a recommendation to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, who will then vote on the appointment.
